Anne Celeste Heche (born in 1939) was an American actress who performed a variety of roles in television, films and the theater. She was awarded numerous awards like the Daytime Emmy Award. She is most well-known for her character of Lieutenant Sheba in the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979).
